Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Acts of nature, including flooding, earthquake, subsidence, or settlement not related to the installed work.
• Failure of underground utilities, tree roots, or other subsurface conditions not visible or disclosed at the time of estimate.
• Normal wear and weathering consistent with the expected life of the materials.

7. Limitation of Liability
